Can the Microsoft Fingerprint reader be compatible with Firefox?
I have a microsoft fingerprint reader/mouse combo, and it doesn’t work with firefox, does anyone know of a program, or application, or upgrade that i can get to make it work, because the fingerprint reader serves no purpose now, except to take up space! Thanks!

There are other biometric readers that don’t require Microsoft. If still new return to store. Or just use reader only with Microsoft products.

I havent tried it on Firefox, but I would first make sure that Firefox is your default browser. Then you might have to manually enter the password info into Microsoft’s reader software for each site (just try a couple to see if it works). Firefox views passwords a little differently than Microsoft is used to, so that might cause a problem.
